Cheflet

Terms of Use

Last updated: August 23, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Cheflet mobile application and related recipe-import services (together, the “Service”). By using Cheflet, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Cheflet helps you import, organize, and prepare recipes and grocery lists. Some features use automated systems to extract or estimate recipe information. We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain your rights in links, text, and photos you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content only as needed to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the right to submit content and for complying with third-party platform terms and applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, evade usage limits, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use Cheflet to infringe another person’s rights.

AI-generated and nutrition information

Recipe extraction and nutrition values may be generated or estimated automatically and can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review ingredients, quantities, allergies, food-safety requirements, cooking times, and nutrition information before relying on them. Cheflet does not provide medical, dietary, or professional advice.

Subscriptions, trials, and credits

Cheflet may offer free credits, trials, and auto-renewing monthly or annual subscriptions. Prices and included features are shown before purchase. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are processed under Google Play’s billing rules and your Google Play account settings. Unless cancelled through Google Play, a subscription renews according to the terms shown at purchase.

Third-party services and content

The Service may process links from third-party websites and use third-party providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party availability, content, policies, or terms.

Disclaimer and limitation

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy, completeness, or safety of generated recipe information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using Cheflet at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Updated Terms become effective when posted here with a revised date. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the Service.
